Water and Sound

We investigated how sound works.
By using glasses filled with water in them, we found out that the higher the water, the deeper the sound. The music works by the vibrations from the stick to the glass.

Small vibrations are made when you hit the glass, which sends the vibrations through the water.
More water = slower vibrations = deeper tone.
less water = faster vibrations = shallower tone.
