Explanations

We have started to write explanations in class.

We know explanations start with a title and then an introduction about the topic.

The paragraphs go into how and why and who and what and then we end with a summary.

There are lots of different ways to write an introduction for an explanation. We know you can start with a joke, or a question, of a fact. 

We are trying to explain details, instead of just writing detail, after detail. 

A lot of writers in Room 9 do this...SO...

We have been doing lots of research so we are able to explain.
