Wow, our first report done and dusted!
Well done to Ashleigh.
I have been so proud of your dedication to writing your report. So proud that i'm blogging about it!
You have been focused and determined throughout the process. You did some great research, learnt to highlight key facts, take and organise notes and use this information to write paragraphs. You drafted all your information and then revised and edited to make informative paragraphs. You worked hard on writing topic sentences to introduce your reader to new information. I love how you have written formally with a little mix of humour. Although reports are generally factual, you have done this by adding a little bit of yourself to the formal style. Your report is interesting, (I learnt some great facts about leafy sea dragons) and also visually pleasing.
What a dream to read! Well done Ashleigh, a fantastic effort!

ReplyDeleteI'm soooo proud of you!!! You haven't just taught us a lesson in applying yourself, you have taught us that if we make it fun in what we do it comes out like this. Throughout this project I have seen you excited the whole time, you have been interacting with us all through it and then keeping your independence when you had a couple of secret additions.
You are far past the maturity of your age in seeing this presentation and the most exciting part of this is seeing your stamp within it. This is yours.
As I always say, keep your head up and stand proud!!!

My favorite part is when Leafy sea dragon change colour of what they are feeling like when they are in love they change colour:-)
