On Tuesday and Wednesday this week, we learnt about Erosion, Deforestation and how water has the ability to shape the Earth. We also made aquifers because we know that our water comes from the Waiwhetu Aquifer.
Using some donated tools from Benedicts (Thanks Mike), we made the Maungaraki and Normandale hills. We did a water simulation and learnt all about floods, and torrential rain. It just so happens we then got hit with a storm and spme of this actually happened to some houses in Wellington.
